Medical Records – If available, please bring copies of your medical records to your first visit. These may include your pathology slides and pathology reports, as well as scans and other films such as:

Directions by Public Transit
By Subway: the closest train stops are the 33rd Street stop (at Park Avenue) on the Number 6 line and the 28th Street stop on the N,R train.

From Penn Station: take the M34 bus going east (south side of the street) to Lexington Avenue; MHOA is two blocks south on East 32nd Street.

From Grand Central Station: take the Number 6 downtown subway one stop to 33rd Street (at Park Avenue), or take the M101, M102 or M103 buses downtown on 3rd Avenue, or the M1 bus downtown on Park Avenue.
